ASTJ Corporate Services is founded and led by Mr Jameson Matiza and Ms Beryl Dhafana Matiza. The Founders have over two decades of secretarial, legal and compliance expertise. The founders hold the following qualifications Bachelor of Laws, Masters in Commercial Law, qualified Chartered Secretary, and Certified JSE Sponsor.
